Ok I know the title sounds grand, one of my favourite late night pastimes is listening to Motivational Radio at 7pm EST it is midnight here.

That’s the time I tend to do my tidy up at the end of the day, sorting email using Facebook etc, I just click the radio button on my RML tool bar and listen to all the good stuff Anthony puts out.

Well tonight I will also be listening to myself
