Now for my update:

It all started in May 2007 when I realised I had toped out at 250 lbs in weight.

Already having health issues, having to use a cane when walking and really dreading the stairs. I decided it was time to take control and shed the fat.

25 weeks and 50 lbs lighter I started to write about my experience, it then dawned on me to take it much further so I have been putting an information site together. I am still working on the book due out early in 2008 if you would like to know more about it or be advised when ready post a comment.
